I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Psychologist, and registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I also have experience in teaching, training and mentorship in leadership and business management. I aim to provide a welcoming, confidential, relaxed, compassion focused and supportive space within which you can feel safe to talk freely and openly and know that you feel heard and understood. I work with you to understand your needs so that I can tailor the therapy to meet your individual and unique needs and expectations. As an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, I apply a blend of well researched (evidence-based) models, tools and techniques that are appropriate for your presenting issue and help empower you to achieve your expectations from the therapy. You are always in control of what you wish to achieve from each session.
